SHANE R. CRANDALL, PH.D.


Associate Professor


Shane joined the faculty at Michigan State University in 2018.  He received his B.A. in Neuroscience from Boston University. Before graduate school, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Neuroscience at the University of Minnesota. Shane received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining MSU, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Lea joined the lab as a lab manager and research assistant in September of 2023. She received her B.S. in Biological Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from Montana State University
